Chocolate Strawberry Graduation Caps
These themed treats are ideal for high school and college graduation parties.
What you’ll need:
1 Container strawberries
1 Dolci Frutta Rich Chocolate
2 Milk chocolate bars
1 Dolci Drizzlers White Chocolate
Mini M&Ms
Instructions: Cut the tops off the strawberries and heat Dolci Frutta according to package. Dip strawberries, tip first, into the Dolci Frutta and set on waxed paper flat end down. While Dolci Frutta is still setting, place chocolate square on top and hold. If square piece does not stay, simply add a drop of chocolate to the underside of the chocolate square to adhere. Make a ribbon line across the top of the cap using your Dolci Drizzler and place M&M on top. Let dry before moving off waxed paper.
Chocolate Candy Bouquet
Give them a bouquet they’ll never forget!
What you’ll need:
Strawberries
1 Dolci Frutta Rich Chocolate
1 Dolci Frutta White Chocolate
1 Dolci Drizzlers in rich and white chocolate (optional)
1 large bag of candy of your choice (we used M&M’s)
1 foam circle
Toothpicks
Vase
Instructions: Melt Dolci Frutta according to package. Insert a toothpick into strawberry hull and set on waxed paper. Once dry, drizzle Dolci Drizzlers and create your own design. Pour M&M’s into glass vase and set the foam sphere on top. Insert each berry into the sphere using the toothpicks attached.
Dipped Fortune Cookies
Send the graduate and guests off with a bit of luck and good fortune with these party-friendly treats.
What you’ll need:
1 Package fortune cookies
1 Dolci Frutta White Chocolate
1 container rainbow nonpareil sprinkles
Instructions: Heat Dolci Frutta White Chocolate according to container. Place one side of a fortune cookie in Dolci Frutta, getting an even coat and place on waxed paper, sprinkle, let dry. Continue until all fortune cookies or Dolci Frutta has been used.
