Chocolate Supreme Cake

Ingredients
- Cake
- 1¾ cup sugar
- 2¼ cups flour
- 1 tsp baking soda
- ¾ tsp salt
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 stick margarine
- 5 Tbsp SACO Premium Cocoa
- 1 cup water
- 2 Tbsp SACO Cultured Buttermilk Blend
- ½ cup water
- 2 eggs
- Frosting
- 1, 3.4 oz pkg pudding mix
- 1 cup milk
- ¼ cup powdered sugar
- 8 oz whipped topping, thawed
Instructions
- Cake
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- In a large bowl sift together the sugar, flour, baking soda, salt and cinnamon.
- Set aside.
- In a saucepan melt the butter and combine with Saco Premium Baking Cocoa and water.
- Boil for one minute.
- Pour boiled chocolate mixture over the dry ingredients and mix well for one minute.
- Add the Saco Cultured Buttermilk Blend, water and eggs.
- Mix well.
- Pour into 13 x 9 inch pan and bake 35-40 minutes.
- Cool completely.
- Frosting
- In a medium bowl combine the pudding, milk and powdered sugar.
- Mix well.
- Fold in the whipped topping.
