Fudge Puddles

Serves: 2.5 dozen
- Cookie
- ½ cup butter
- ½ cup peanut butter
- ½ cup sugar
- ½ cup brown sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1½ cups flour
- ¾ tsp baking soda
- ½ tsp salt
- Filling
- 12 oz SACO Chocolate CHUNKS
- 14 oz can sweetened condensed milk
- 1 tsp vanilla
- ½ cup nuts, chopped
- Cookie
- Preheat oven to 425°F.
- Cream together butter, peanut butter, sugars, egg and vanilla.
- Add flour, baking soda and salt.
- Roll dough into one inch balls and place on cookie sheet.
- Bake for 14-16 minutes.
- Immediately upon removing from oven, make a center dip in each cookie with a melon baller.
- Let cool on pan for 5 minutes.
- Filling (Melt all ingredients in a double boiler.
- When smooth, drop a teaspoon of filling into each little cookie.
