Raspberry Butter
- 1 cup butter or margarine, softened
- ½ cup raspberry jam
- 2 Tbsp powdered sugar
- In medium mixing bowl beat ingredients together until fluffy and well-blended.
- Serve on pancakes, or spread on bread or muffins
