Very Berry Chilled Soup
Serves: 4 servings
- 3 cups strawberries
- 2 cups blueberries
- 2 cups vanilla yogurt
- 4 Tbsp SACO Cultured Buttermilk Blend
- 1 cup water
- ½ cup honey
- 1 Tbsp wheat germ
- Combine strawberries and blueberries in blender.
- Add yogurt, Saco Cultured Buttermilk Blend, water, honey and wheat germ.
- Blend well until completly mixed.
- Chill several hours before serving.
- Garnish with strawberries or blueberries, if desired.
