Quick Mix Buttermilk Pancakes
Serves: 8 servings
- 1¼ cups Buttermilk Quick Mix*
- 1 egg ¾ cup water
- 1 Tbsp granulated sugar
- In large mixing bowl beat together egg and water.
- Add Quick Mix and sugar.
- Stir just until blended.
- DO NOT OVERBEAT.
- Drop from a spoon onto hot, greased griddle and cook until top is full of tiny bubbles and underside is brown.
- Turn and brown on other side.
