Pumpkin Chocolate Chunk Cookies

Ingredients
- Cookies
- ¾ cup canned pumpkin
- 1 cup sugar
- ½ cup canola oil
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp vanilla
- ¼ cup water
- 2 cups flour
- 1 Tbsp SACO Cultured Buttermilk Blend
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- ½ tsp salt
- 1 cup SACO Chocolate CHUNKS
- Frosting
- 2 cups powdered sugar
- ½ tsp salt
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 2¼ tsp SACO Cultured Buttermilk Blend
- 3 Tbsp water
- 2 Tbsp cream cheese
Instructions
- Cookies
- Preheat oven to 375°F.
- Mix together the first six ingredients.
- Blend until smooth.
- In a separate bowl combine remaining ingredients, except chunks; then combine with pumpkin mixture.
- Add Saco Chocolate Chunks.
- Drop onto lightly greased cookie sheets in tablespoon sized drops.
- Bake for 8-10 minutes.
- Frosting
- Mix all ingredients and blend well until smooth.
- Swirl on top of cookies
