Herb Garden Dressing
Serves: 8 servings
- 1 cup nonfat plain yogurt
- ¼ cup SACO Cultured Buttermilk Blend
- 1½ tsp fresh basil
- 1½ tsp fresh chervil
- 1 large garlic clove, finely minced
- 1 tsp ground red pepper
- 1 Tbsp fresh lemon juice
- In small mixing bowl whisk together yogurt and Buttermilk Blend until smooth.
- Add remaining ingredients, whisk until well-blended.
- Make in advance of serving and refrigerate at least two hours to blend flavors.
