Buttery Cinnamon Walnut Coffee Cake

- Cake
- 1 cup flour
- 2½ Tbsp SACO Cultured Buttermilk Blend
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1 egg
- 2 Tbsp oil
- 1 tsp vanilla
- ½ cup sugar pinch salt
- ⅔ cup water
- Topping
- ½ cup brown sugar
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- ¾ cup walnuts, chopped
- ½ cup butter, melted
- Cake
- Preheat oven to 375°F.
- Grease and flour 8 inch baking pan.
- Combine all ingredients and beat until smooth, then pour into pan.
- Combine the topping ingredients and sprinkle over the cake batter.
- Bake 20 to 25 minutes.
- Remove cake from oven, pour melted butter over the top, and return cake to the oven for 5 minutes. Remove and cool.

- In a mixing bowl combine sugar, cinnamon and walnuts
