Buttermilk Low Fat Salad Dressing
Serves: 16 servings
  • ½ cup water
  • 2 Tbsp SACO Cultured Buttermilk Blend
  • 1¼ cups nonfat mayonnaise
  • 1 cup nonfat sour cream
  • ⅔ cup skim milk
  • 1 Tbsp garlic or onion salt
  • ¼ tsp pepper
  • ¼ cup Parmesan cheese
  • 3 Tbsp white wine vinegar
  1. In medium mixing bowl whisk together water and Buttermilk Blend together.
  2. Add all other ingredients to buttermilk mixture and blend well.
  3. Store in refrigerator for up to one month.
