Quick Mix Buttermilk Waffles
Serves: 3, 9-inch waffles
  • 2 cups Buttermilk Quick Mix*
  • 2 Tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1 egg
  • 1⅓ cups milk
  1. In large mixing bowl beat together all ingredients with wire whisk or hand beater until smooth.
  2. Pour batter from cup or pitcher onto center of hot waffle iron.
  3. Bake until steaming stops.
