Quick Mix Buttermilk Pancakes
Serves: 8 servings
 
Ingredients
  • 1¼ cups Buttermilk Quick Mix*
  • 1 egg ¾ cup water
  • 1 Tbsp granulated sugar
Instructions
  1. In large mixing bowl beat together egg and water.
  2. Add Quick Mix and sugar.
  3. Stir just until blended.
  4. DO NOT OVERBEAT.
  5. Drop from a spoon onto hot, greased griddle and cook until top is full of tiny bubbles and underside is brown.
  6. Turn and brown on other side.
