Quick Mix Buttermilk Waffles
Serves: 3, 9-inch waffles
Ingredients
- 2 cups Buttermilk Quick Mix*
- 2 Tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 egg
- 1⅓ cups milk
Instructions
- In large mixing bowl beat together all ingredients with wire whisk or hand beater until smooth.
- Pour batter from cup or pitcher onto center of hot waffle iron.
- Bake until steaming stops.
