Chocolate covered cashews:

1, 8 oz. canister SACO Dolci frutta
Whole cashews, intact

Melt Dolci frutta according to package directions. Holding smaller end of cashew, dip larger end into melted chocolate to obtain desired coverage, and then place on waxed paper to dry. Refrigerate for quicker drying if desired.
